The Client agrees to the following conditions:
To follow the trainer’s instructions without modification regarding any and all behavior and treatment of the Dog.
To agree to pay the total amount as quoted for the agreed-upon training sessions with the Trainers. Payment terms to be agreed upon at the time of booking.
To give at least 24 HOURS notice in case of cancellation. Failure to do so may result in full payment for the session.
Owner will provide training treats and appear in approved training equipment.
Owner will provide proof of REQUIRED vaccinations (Rabies, DAPP, and Bordetella).
The Trainer will provide:
Professional training.
Group sessions or Private lessons with the Dog and the Client on a one-hour basis.
Take-home worksheets reviewing the lesson and preparation for the next session.
Guidelines, tricks, and rules to optimize Client-Dog interaction for best behavior results.
Liability Waiver:
I understand that participating in dog training sessions with The Dog Lady L.L.C. involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury or property damage that may result from my dog's behavior or interactions with other dogs or people. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree that The Dog Lady L.L.C., its trainers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense resulting from my participation or my dog's participation in the training sessions. I release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless The Dog Lady L.L.C., its trainers, employees, and affiliates from all claims, actions, suits, demands, or liabilities arising from any injury to myself, my dog, or others, or damage to property caused by my dog during or as a result of the training sessions. I understand that this waiver applies to all activities related to The Dog Lady L.L.C.'s training services, including but not limited to classes, private sessions, consultations, and events.
Additional Terms:
The Trainer guarantees professional training and does not guarantee behavior outcomes in individual dogs. The Client agrees that if the Dog damages property, bites, or harms any personnel, the Client will be responsible for all associated payments and legal fees. The Trainer reserves the right to discontinue training if the Dog poses a threat to people or other animals.
